Pretrial Reporting Instructions

Once you are placed on bond by a Magistrate Judge or District Court Judge, you will be given written reporting instructions by the Pretrial Services Officer assigned to your case. It is possible that you will be required to report in-person, by telephone, or via Internet. Reporting instructions will be given by the Pretrial Services Officer. Failure to report as directed by the Judge/Court can result in a violation hearing or revocation of bond.

All Pretrial offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, when you are placed on bond, you will be given specific instructions on what day to report and the location that you must report at. Reporting in-person at the end of the day is discouraged.

If you have additional questions, please communicate with the officer assigned to your case by telephone or email.
